Can I use ClubCash for tickets?
At this point in time ClubCash can only be redeemed on merchandise and food. We do intend to roll it out to ticketing at some point in the future however no date has been set for this yet.
What if my Season / Fan card is lost or stolen?
You should treat your Watford Football Club Season/FanCard like cash in a wallet. If you lose your Season/Fan Card or if it is stolen, you may lose any cash which is stored on it in the same way as if you lost your wallet.
You should immediately report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorised use of your Watford Football Club Season/Fan Card to the Ticket Office in person or by calling 0844 856 1881. Once you have reported the issue, your card will be deactivated both for ClubCash and for stadium entry. Any fraudulent purchases made after you have reported the loss will be refunded.
What happens if I don’t spend my ClubCash?
If you earn ClubCash through the Hornets Rewards scheme or load money through the ‘MY WATFORD’ web portal your ClubCash remains on your card until it is spent.
Any ClubCash earned through purchases made in the Hornets Shop, Rookery Store or selected Taste Catering kiosks is valid only for the season in which it is earned.
During the close season, any unspent ClubCash that has been earned through these outlets will be cleared down to £0 however please remember that the overall balance will still reflect money earned through Hornets Rewards and money loaded through the ‘MY WATFORD’ web portal.
We have developed this scheme to help supporters with the costs of following their team. We have no desire to clear down the balance of any unspent ClubCash however want to encourage fans to spend what they have earned to make the scheme worthwhile!
