Where can I spend my ClubCash?

Retail

The ClubCash balance stored on your card can be spent at the Hornets Shop and Rookery Store. When spending at the stores, the balance can be used as part or full payment. For example if buying products worth £50 in the Hornets Shop, and you have a ClubCash balance of £10, you can use this balance towards the overall amount meaning the total transaction will actually only cost you £40.

Taste Catering kiosks

There will be at least ONE till at every Taste Catering Kiosk that allows you to use your ClubCash balance for your purchase. These tills allow payment by ClubCash ONLY so if you don’t have enough Free ClubCash earned simply top up using this portal before you come to the match. Supporters doing this will benefit from quicker queues whilst also earning Free ClubCash everytime they make a food or drink purchase. As more fans become engaged in the scheme we will increase the number of participating tills. Please note that we no longer have readers on all tills so the only way to spend and earn ClubCash at the kiosks is to go to the nominated ClubCash tills.

You can spend your ClubCash balance using the online Hornets Shop as long as you set up your online account using your FAN ID number as displayed on your Season / Fan card.
