PRICES
The prices quoted in the Online Store are correct at the time of publishing. We
reserve the right to alter these prices, up or down, when required by changes in
VAT or other circumstances beyond our control. The correct price will be indicated
on the delivery note. The Online Shop reserve the right to alter without notice
or prior warning, designs or prices or product and conditions of supply. Shirts
to be printed may take an extra 7/10 days to be dispatched.
HOW AND WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED?
All parcels are sent recorded delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 10
working days (subject to stock availability), but please allow up to 28 days delivery
to destinations within the UK. Orders sent to overseas destinations may take up
to six weeks dependent on the destination. Please check the availability on items
when ordering as orders are accepted without guarantee of delivery by specific dates.
Please allow an additional 7/10 days for delivery of shirts to be printed. It is
our policy to dispatch items ordered in the shortest possible time, but we cannot
be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred whilst in transit. Although
we will advise and help with sizes where we can, responsibility cannot be taken
by the online shop if the items are not suitable in size when ordered through the
Online Store. Please see the following paragraph for our exchange/refund policy.
WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND?
If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in
their original packing along with your receipt. Please note all parcels must be
sent back using recorded Delivery, we will not accept responsibility for lost goods
unless the items are deemed to be faulty and a receipt for your postal code included.
You may also exchange or refund your goods at the stadium store. All items must
be returned in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange
if the goods returned have been deemed to be damaged or tampered with . This does
not affect your statutory rights. Videos, jewellery, underwear, hats and socks purchased
through the Online Store will only be exchanged if deemed to be faulty. Please make
sure you have ordered the correct item and size at the time of ordering. When exchanging
non-faulty items, please enclose £3.50 payment for postal charges.
