We reserve the right to alter these prices, up or down, when required by changes in VAT or other circumstances beyond our control. The correct price will be indicated on the delivery note. The Online Shop reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, designs or prices or product and conditions of supply.
Please note that once a personalised name and/or number have been printed on a garment, unless the garment is faulty, we cannot provide a refund or exchange. If a player subsequently leaves or his squad number changes during his career at the club we cannot accept responsibility for this and would therefore not accept a return of this item. Also please allow additional time for delivery, this applies to your whole order. We reserve the right to not print anything which could be deemed as offensive.

We send all Products to UK customers via a recorded delivery service (All UK parcels sent via Next Day Special Delivery must be signed for: it is the customer's responsibility to make themselves available for delivery. Subsequently if parcels have to be re-sent an additional postage fee may be incurred). We aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible and in any event (to allow for processing and fraud checks) within 5 working days to the UK and 15 working days to the rest of Europe and the Rest of World. Shirt printing may take an extra 5 working days. It is our policy to despatch items ordered in the shortest possible time, and for orders being delivered to the mainland UK we do aim to deliver within 3-5 working days following despatch, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit, so please allow a sufficient time thereafter for delivery. Orders to the UK and the rest of Europe shall be delivered within 30 days of the date of the Despatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please note that different timescales may apply to pre-ordered Products; for example, pre-ordered replica kit. These terms are subject to such adjusted timescales as may be notified to you when ordering affected Products on our site.
Despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Order must be placed by 2pm and will be received the following working day by 1pm. Cost £9.30
All orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be processed but not despatched until Monday 5pm.
Although we will advise and help with sizes where we can, responsibility cannot be taken by the online shop if the items are not suitable in size when ordered through the Online Store. Please see the following paragraph for our exchange/refund policy.
If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original packing along with your receipt. Please note all parcels must be sent back using recorded Delivery, we will not accept responsibility for lost goods unless the items are deemed to be faulty and a receipt for your postal code included. You may also exchange or refund your goods at the stadium store. All items must be returned in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been deemed to be damaged or tampered with . This does not affect your statutory rights. Videos, jewellery, underwear, hats and socks purchased through the Online Store will only be exchanged if deemed to be faulty. Please make sure you have ordered the correct item and size at the time of ordering. When exchanging non-faulty items, please enclose £4.60 payment for postal charges.

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in this catalogue are always in supply, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock, or we may sell out earlier than planned. If an item is unavailable at the time of dispatch we may send a substitute item of equal purpose and value on approval. When this is not possible we will place the out of stock item on 'back order' and forward it on a separate delivery.
