Collecting your order?

When you have completed your order you will receive two emails from us.

One to confirm your order and a further email to confirm when your order is ready to be collected from your chosen location at either The Hornets Shop at Vicarage Road Stadium or the Watford FC Shop at the Watford Atria Shopping Centre.

Your order will be ready to collect once you have received a confirmation email.

When you collect your order we require a copy of your order confirmation or ready for collection email.

Orders must be collected within 6 months of the order being placed. We are unable to provide any refunds or exchanges if your order has not been collected after this time. If you are unable to collect your order within this time please let us know at mailorder@watfordfc.com so we can provide sufficient time for your order to be collected.

Monday to Friday: 10am - 5pm
Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: CLOSED

Atria Watford

Monday to Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday to Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: 11am - 5pm

Click and Collect - Disabled fans

For any disabled fans wanting to complete a Click and Collect on a match day, we offer FREE Click and Collect to your seat. Please refer to our disability access statement for information on this or contact the Hornets shop at mailorder@watfordfc.com or our dedicated Contact Us section on this website.
