Prices

The prices quoted in the Online Store are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to alter these prices, up or down, when required by changes in VAT or other circumstances beyond our control. The correct price will be indicated on the delivery note. The Online Shop reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, designs or prices or product and conditions of supply. Costs of goods are reflective of GBP only, any figures shown in international currencies are used as estimates and should not be deemed as the final price. Items ordered through external websites are not included in our offers or promotions.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be purchased online and in-store and can be redeemed for purchase online and in-store. Gift Cards are a physical item which contain a code and pin number, these can be entered online for purchases. Items purchased using a Gift Card can only be exchanged for other item in-store or refunded on to an alternate Gift Card, refunds paid via this method may not be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment. Gift Cards purchased in-store and online are non-refundable and cannot be traded for alternate forms of payment. Paper or printed gift vouchers have been discontinued and are no longer available for purchase or accepted as a method of payment. Gift Cards ordered online are dispatched via mail order, if you would like a digital copy of your Gift Card, please inform us at mailorder@watfordfc.com.

Stock Availability

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in this online store are always in supply, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock, or we may sell out earlier than planned. If an item is unavailable at the time of dispatch we may send a substitute item of equal purpose and value on approval. When this is not possible we will place the out of stock item on 'back order' and forward it on a separate delivery.

We reserve the right to withdraw or terminate promotions or offers where applicable. Specified dates and times are applicable to standard UK GMT/BST time zones unless otherwise stated.

Buy One Get One Free

Buy any product listed under the Buy one get one free offer and receive another product under the same listing for free at the same time. The cheapest item is free and any extras will be charged for separately. To be eligible for this offer customers must ensure there are two products in the basket and the offer will be shown at checkout. A second item will not follow if the customer only adds on product to their basket. There will be no cash alternative and we reserve the right to cancel the promotion or amend the terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If the customer should seek a refund for an item purchased through the Buy one get one free offer this will be refunded at half of the current sole value of the item.

Gift Vouchers

Unless otherwise stated Gift Vouchers are limited to one transaction only and will expire after use. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue, after which the Gift voucher will expire. The voucher is subject to a minimum order spend of the total amount of the voucher of which any amount up to this can be used with the voucher, you will then be asked to pay the remainder of any further charges above the voucher amount. Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion codes you may have. The issuer maintains full discretion over the terms and conditions over Gift Vouchers and promotion codes may be subject to withdrawal, owing to the discretion of the issuer.
